In•Season is a pop-up dinner collective started in 2014 to combine culinary exploration with community-based, experiential dining. The culinary team is made up of Courtney Beyer, Bergen Carlson-Price, and Anastacia Nielsen– three chefs who have worked in some of Milwaukee’s finest dining establishments and pop-ups. Lydia Jarvis and Kurt Raether, husband and wife team, organize the events with an eye for design. A rotating cast of culinary, musical, and visual artists lend their talents to complete the experience.
